WHAT’S ON THE SHELVES?
The Real County Public Library carries a large variety of fiction, non-fiction, historical and reference books. Our Librarians require that all publications meet with a specific set of grading criteria before the materials are ever placed on the shelves. Searching for a certain book in a series? Our librarians are here to help. Goodreads is a website where you can find, rate and review books and join in discussions with other readers. Readers can also discover new books.
All over the world, local libraries offer millions of ebooks and audiobooks. You can borrow them - for free, and instantly – with a library card and Libby!
How does it work? Libby is a mobile app that support users in accessing ebooks. It is a product of OverDrive, Inc. The app utilizes a patron’s library card number to connect to that patron’s library account and, subsequently, check out ebooks. Then, once books are checked out, the app serves as an ebook reader.
